I graduated from Swansea University in 1996 with a degree in French, Spanish & Business Studies. For the past 19 years, I have had a successful career at Xerox UK Ltd in a variety of Commercial, Programme and Transition Management Roles. I work as hard as I play and hence have a very active social life! I enjoy travelling and one of my goals is to see as much of the world as possible.
As my brother has Noonan Syndrome, I felt that I wanted to give something back and help others whilst finding out more about the syndrome to support my brother. Becoming a Trustee has been a fantastic and very enriching experience. Not only do I get the opportunity to understand the workings of a charity and work with a fabulous team of people, I’ve been able to meet some amazing and inspiring people with Noonan Syndrome.
I’m totally committed to fund raising and to that end have set-up a local Gloucestershire Group where we‘ve successfully run local charity events. I also work very closely with Ian and Peter on bids for funding – I knew that commercial experience would come in handy somewhere!
