Due to the overwhelming success of our 2018 Families Day at the new venue Whitemoor Lakes near Lichfield in Staffordshire – we are delighted to announce the date for 2019 at the same venue with the Families Day itself taking place on the Saturday – the 13th April. We will have sole use of the whole site which we felt was a contributing factor in making the weekend in 2018 go so well. And although we can’t guarantee the sunshine again, we’ll certainly try!
Saturday the 13th April is the centre piece of our Families Weekend and we have a full programme organised which should have something of interest to offer to all families. Away from the formal programme, there will be a choice of activities both indoor and outdoor for children and young people as well as childcare for the youngest. And if you want to stay for the weekend, there will be professional entertainment on Saturday evening and activities on Sunday morning for all the family.
The Families for Families Day itself, lunch and refreshments and the activities and childcare provided during the day up to the end of the afternoon are all free of charge. There is a charge if you want to stop over one or both nights.
The schedule for the fully funded Saturday is as follows:
