I joined the board of trustees in 2020 and took on the role of Treasurer in 2022. I have two pre-teen children, the youngest of whom, Harrison, was diagnosed with Noonan’s syndrome about 18 months after birth and was the first in the family with the syndrome.
I, like many other people, had never even heard of Noonan Syndrome until Harrison’s birth and am keen to spread awareness and support for children and adults who have the syndrome. Harrison currently attends primary school and is mainly obsessed with playing with cars and trains – whereas I work for a large UK retailer and am mainly obsessed with playing with (and running) their IT.
