Sandie Dent

Charity Manager

I joined the charity in March 2021 knowing nothing about Noonan Syndrome but having spent a large portion of my career working in and for a range of charities. I work part-time for the NSA and part-time as a management consultant, supporting funders and charities to deliver and evaluate community activities across the UK.
I have a lot of experience of raising funds, developing and managing service delivery, and project management. This experience is now being used for the benefit of the NSA as we continue to grow our membership. I’ve also worked in the private sector improving business processes in the travel industry, developing skills which have made me a very organised person – also a useful skill for a busy charity!
I’ve learned a lot since joining the NSA, about the condition and our members, and am delighted to be involved in helping to provide a supportive, welcoming place for the families and individuals we serve.
